This place is an quaint French cafe. We tried Ceaser tartine, Italian tartine and French toast. The French toast is the best I have ever had. The latte and mint pot of tea were also great. It is a little pricey but worth it.
I do love my cappuccino and this establishment definitely serves a beautiful cappuccino 👍I also had a ham and cheese croissant that was perfect. Sooo tasty 😋 as you can tell from my photo I did enjoy it 😁friendly service and very quick. Reasonably priced too and it's a lovely warm friendly cosy place to sit and chat with friends. I definitely recommend a visit 👍👍👍👍
Excellent service, atmosphere is nice and wifi works well. Some table are face a garden on the back. What's not great is seeing people from the kitchen going back and forth to the garden to (i think) wash ustensile off on the back of the garden.
The food was better in my memories when I discovered Pain Quotidien in London. The croissant was dry and you only get tiny 10g of butter for a whole basket of bread. It wasn't fresh butter so I did not bother to ask for more. I do not recommend the Avocado toast. It wasn't freshly mashed Avocado with seasoning. It was more like a spread made of Avocado pretty sour with a lot of lemon juice which I suspect allow you to keep it longer. The avo spread is probably "home" made in the kitchen (I hope) but it isn't a good quality one.
I also order a latte macciato. Not the best but still okay.
Had a brunch and some conversations here. The place is nice and cozy, but a bit small. Better come with 2 people. We were 4 and they didn’t have a big table so they had to put two small tables together to make place for us, which is really nice!! Coffee comes in bowls, very cute. I had the granola bowl with yogurt, the portion was not big I think. The Caesar toast was nice though, with avocado slices, egg, cheese and chicken on top.
We had breakfast here twice during a recent short stay in Amsterdam. A delightful place to eat with amazing fresh bread, croissants, perfect soft boiled eggs and great coffee. Highly recommended.
Wow! The most delicious eggs I’ve ever had… and the ginger tea is out of this world! I’m travelling in Amsterdam, I’m so glad I found this place. A beautiful coffee shop full of locals… can’t recommend highly enough! 🫶🫶🫶 …
The croque with old cheese was amazing! Nice customer service :)
Average quotidien restaurant. The service was quite slow, but I sat here peacefully recovering from my walks to take some lunch. The granola yogurt was nice refreshing and made with fresh ingredients. The outsite terrace is next to a main road with quite some traffic.
